Airgroup Dynamics, Inc. Quality Policy
The Quality policy of Airgroup Dynamics, Inc. encompasses a combination of quality workmanship, safety of products we provide, and exceptional customer service. We consider all input to be helpful in the growth of our company and in the synchronicity that formed when two companies work jointly towards a common goal:

Accessory components are the most troublesome and costly of all. Many times compiling budget overruns and causing AOG’s due to warranties and failures. In focus with our ongoing commitment to customer service, Airgroup Dynamics, Inc. has developed a series of programs suitable for use in the Commercial, Military, Corporate and Commuter Airline industries and proposes 5 programs to greatly, if not totally eliminate these types of problems which includes:
Assessment
Airgroup Dynamics, Inc. offers an evaluation of your “Reliability & Preventative Maintenance” programs, on site. We will send a qualified person or persons to work in collaboration with your reliability staff members, to compile an assessment of problematic areas and areas that may be a reason for concern.
A report will be completed containing recommendations, changes and practices that will reflect your individual needs.
Reliability Improvement and Preventative Maintenance
At the completion of the “Assessment Phase”, Airgroup Dynamics, Inc. will assemble a report specifying a “Preventative Maintenance, Reliability Improvement and a Training Program” for the particular areas of difficulty encountered within your system.
Training
A training forum will be arranged to deliver the reported information in a practical format to key personnel. This will include a reference booklet, for redistribution will be made available, in the event additional personnel at your organization require training.
Inventory Management & Repairs.
Airgroup Dynamics, Inc. Proposes a system to stock a designated amount of units to ensure a minimal amount to down time, reducing TAT’s to virtually zero.
In addition, All work accomplished will be subject to a Flat Rate pricing objective before arrival. Airgroup Dynamics, Inc. will monitor common failure items, 100% kits and parts of units and stock those items in suitable quantities to further prevent long TAT’s.
Monitoring
Lastly, a method of monitoring all these combined systems to assure the future prevention of problem areas, such as, rogue units, condition of units, maintenance and handling of units will be maintained. Additionally, this functional monitoring program will be submitted on a scheduled basis to you, the customer.

We also require personnel to recognize that compliance with procedures, quality standards, safety standards and regulations is the duty of all personnel, as well as the need for all personnel to cooperate with the quality auditors Airgroup Dynamics, Inc. applies and trains all maintenance personnel on human factors
